Rear extension - end of terrace house

Using our design service, we were able to calculate the maximum extension depth, taking the garage door into consideration and creating a tiled roof as specified by the client. Exterior brickwork WAS selected to match the neighbour's side wall in a style that was in keeping with the client's preferences.

The interior was finished to create a look and feel that was consistent with the rest of the house. Floor tiles were sourced to match the existing flooring extending from the kitchen and living room.

This is a north facing extension. We created a design which maximised natural light as well as providing excellent insulation for the winter months, saving on energy bills
